Where We Ship We ship to the UK and internationally worldwide. Our primary warehouse partners are based in the UK and EU, so UK customers benefit from the fastest delivery times.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 8–12 business days
- Express Delivery: 5-8 business days
International Delivery
- Europe: 10-15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–15 business days
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. PETZOO is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
